Tieroom Privacy Policy

We take your privacy and security very seriously. Any information shared with us is protected by all means possible.

To enable marketing to yourself and other potential customers we do share cookie data with 3rd party marketing companies. The sharing on our part consists only of anonymous data but the 3rd party may, depending on your browsing history, combine this with their data for a more detailed profile.

We also utilise cookie data to enable a better experience of our own site. Data used for this purpose is not shared externally.

Any personal data supplied to us such as name, address, email or phone number is not shared with any 3rd party. It is stored by us, securely, simply to enable the processing of your orders and, if you have given the extra permission, to send you marketing messages regarding our own products.

Sensitive payment data, such as credit card information, is not stored, or even seen by us at all. It is only communicated directly to our payment providers in a secure and encrypted manner.

Adroll

Adroll is a marketing company that we utilise to provide so called Retargeting, or Remarketing, services.  For this we use cookies and tracking pixels provided by Adroll. These may be used to track how you use our site and target ads to you on other websites.

Google Adwords Remarketing Service

We use Google Adwords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Tieroom website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page.

Opt-out of third-party cookie use

You can opt out from all our, and many other companies’, use of cookie based marketing from the DAA opt-out site www.aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out site at networkadvertising.org/choices or the EDAA opt out site at youronlinechoices.eu.
